At Salsa Shoes AU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please bear in mind that all purchases can be either returned to us or to our supplier in Sydney (no overseas shipping is required). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days from the date of the delivery given that the following conditions are met:

1. Shoes must NOT be worn.
2. Shoes must be in their original packaging.
3. Original receipt must be included.

How to return your purchase to Salsa Shoes AU?

1. Use our contact form to alert us that you would like to return your purchase.
2. After contacting us, we can then advise you to mail the shoes to our address in Sydney at: Salsa Shoes AU, PO Box 93, Lindfield, NSW 2070. Shoes can also be returned to our respective supplier when applicable. A copy of your receipt and your details MUST be included with the returned purchase.
3. A credit or a refund will be issued upon the return of the shoes to our address (the amount of the credit or refund is the price paid for your purchase less the postage and handling fees, more details will be given to you upon contacting us)

A restocking fee of 25% applies if order is cancelled close to delivery date.
